Humpfer wins Court Case over a $250 Car

Humpfer apparently didn’t have to say to much in Court, because the norm for buying a Used Car  Is “AS IS” In addition I hear there was some Idea that this Used Car sold As Is came with, believe it or not,………. a Warranty.

Now! anybody Knows who watches Judge Judy, That when a car is sold as Used it means “AS IS” especially for $250 which is slightly over scrap value.

No wonder she wanted to have You guys on Her show, She has many of these cases with the same outcome. It’s probably better for You guys that You didn’t go on national TV because Judge Judy would of Humiliated You Big Time!

And a lawsuit for $2400.00 on a Car that cost $250.00 is completely absurd the most the VanCleave’s would of ever got would of been the cost of the Car!

I’m certain a Visit to an attorney would have stopped this non sense in it’s Tracks long ago! Thank goodness this horrible and long drawn out Drama is over and has been resolved By our Court system.

Excerpts from Our source;

"The judge continually asked Gloria why she did not go to the
Secretary of States office and apply for the duplicate title."I dunno"
doesn't get too far. He also focused on the fact that she only paid
$250.00 for the car and got her to admit that she wanted a good running car
for $250.00."

Getting a Duplicate Title would have been easier and cheaper than going to Court and paying all those Court costs.

and if you would of listened to this sound advice below the Judge wouldn’t have had to tell You!

Bin Laden is a "Global Warmer"

Bin Laden deplores climate change

The new tape is the second from the al-Qaeda
leader to be released in the last week

Osama bin Laden, the al-Qaeda leader, has condemned the US and other industrial economies, holding them responsible for the phenomenon of climate change.

In an audio tape obtained by Al Jazeera, bin Laden criticised George Bush, the former US president, for rejecting the Kyoto pact and condemned global corporations.

“This is a message to the whole world about those responsible for climate change and its repercussions – whether intentionally or unintentionally – and about the action we must take,” bin Laden said.

“Speaking about climate change is not a matter of intellectual luxury – the phenomenon is an actual fact.”

The tape follows one released earlier this week in which the al-Qaeda leader praised a Nigerian man accused of a failed attempt to blow up an airliner heading for Detroit on Christmas Day.

‘Grave repercussions’

In the new recording, bin Laden says “all the industrial states” are to blame for climate change, “yet the majority of those states have signed the Kyoto Protocol and agreed to curb the emission of harmful gases”.

He must of been researching this from his Global Warming Laboratories in Pakistan!

It’s stuff like this that shows the intent of Cap and Trade perpetuated by the all Knowing Global Warmers that use miniscule amounts of data to Tell us that there is a trend created only by Human activity.

Osama Bin Laden and Barrack Obama have one thing in common, Both are trying to convince Us about something neither can prove!

Scientists Petition on Both Sides of Global Warming Debate

Written by James Heiser

Friday, 11 December 2009 13:00

In the wake of the “Climategate” revelations and accusations from members of the U.S. Congress that scientists allegedly implicated in efforts to suppress studies undermining the theory of manmade climate change were engaged in “scientific fascism,” the inevitable push back has begun.
The 31,000 American scientists who have signed the petition opposing the Kyoto agreement all agree that:

There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gasses is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth’s atmosphere and disruption of the Earth’s climate. Moreover, there is substantial scientific evidence that increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide produce many beneficial effects upon the natural plant and animal environments of the Earth.

For some reason their skepticism regarding anthropogenic global warming doesn’t get much attention from the media. Go figure.

Harold Estes letter to the Anti American, Obama

HONOLULU — A letter from a 95-year-old retired World War II sailor in Hawaii to President Barack Obama has stirred up attention on the Internet.

Harold Estes

Harold Estes

Retired ship’s Boatswain Harold Estes wrote the letter and someone in Florida sent it to Congress.org. The letter then bounced around different sites and people questioned whether it was real.

KITV found the retired sailor at home near Pearl Harbor. Estes assured KITV that he wrote the letter.

In the letter, he chastises the president and first lady Michelle Obama.  The rest of the Article

Dear President Obama,

My name is Harold Estes, approaching 95 on December 13 of this year. People meeting me for the first time don’t believe my age because I remain wrinkle free and pretty much mentally alert.

I enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1934 and served proudly before, during and after WW II retiring as a Master Chief Bos’n Mate. Now I live in a “rest home” located on the western end of Pearl Harbor, allowing me to keep alive the memories of 23 years of service to my country.

One of the benefits of my age, perhaps the only one, is to speak my mind, blunt and direct even to the head man. So here goes.

I am amazed, angry and determined not to see my country die before I do, but you seem hell bent not to grant me that wish.

I can’t figure out what country you are the president of.

You fly around the world telling our friends and enemies despicable lies like: “We’re no longer a Christian nation” “America is arrogant” — (Your wife even announced to the world, “America is mean- spirited.” Please tell her to try preaching that nonsense to 23 generations of our war dead buried all over the globe who died for no other reason than to free a whole lot of strangers from tyranny and hopelessness.)

I’d say shame on the both of you, but I don’t think you like America, nor do I see an ounce of gratefulness in anything you do, for the obvious gifts this country has given you. To be without shame or gratefulness is a dangerous thing for a man sitting in the White House.

After 9/11 you said, “America hasn’t lived up to her ideals.”

Which ones did you mean? Was it the notion of personal liberty that 11,000 farmers and shopkeepers died for to win independence from the British? Or maybe the ideal that no man should be a slave to another man, that 500,000 men died for in the Civil War? I hope you didn’t mean the ideal 470,000 fathers, brothers, husbands, and a lot of fellas I knew personally died for in WWII, because we felt real strongly about not letting any nation push us around, because we stand for freedom.

I don’t think you mean the ideal that says equality is better than discrimination. You know the one that a whole lot of white people understood when they helped to get you elected.

Take a little advice from a very old geezer, young man.

Shape up and start acting like an American. If you don’t, I’ll do what I can to see you get shipped out of that fancy rental on Pennsylvania Avenue. You were elected to lead not to bow, apologize and kiss the hands of murderers and corrupt leaders who still treat their people like slaves.

And just who do you think you are telling the American people not to jump to conclusions and condemn that Muslim major who killed 13 of his fellow soldiers and wounded dozens more. You mean you don’t want us to do what you did when that white cop used force to subdue that black college professor in Massachusetts, who was putting up a fight? You don’t mind offending the police calling them stupid but you don’t want us to offend Muslim fanatics by calling them what they are, terrorists.

One more thing. I realize you never served in the military and never had to defend your country with your life, but you’re the Commander-in-Chief now, son. Do your job. When your battle-hardened field General asks you for 40,000 more troops to complete the mission, give them to him. But if you’re not in this fight to win, then get out. The life of one American soldier is not worth the best political strategy you’re thinking of.

You could be our greatest president because you face the greatest challenge ever presented to any president.

You’re not going to restore American greatness by bringing back our bloated economy. That’s not our greatest threat. Losing the heart and soul of who we are as Americans is our big fight now.

And I sure as hell don’t want to think my president is the enemy in this final battle.

Sincerely,
Harold B. Estes

Democrats are Destroying Illinois Manufacture base

Illinois lost 709 manufacturers in 2009

January 11, 2010 10:48 AM | No Comments

Illinois lost almost 52,000 industrial jobs and 709 manufacturers in the past year, making it one of the worst years for the state’s manufacturing sector in the last century, according to a longtime chronicler of the industry.

Industrial employment fell 5.7 percent in Illinois in the 12 months that ended November 2009, according to the 2010 Illinois Manufacturers Directory, which has been published annually since 1912 by Manufacturers’ News Inc. of Evanston. The job losses last year were double those of 2008 and represented one of the steepest declines in the past 98 years.
